How much will the PlayStation 5 cost?

This is the big question. When PS4 launched it did so for £350, however many are expecting the PlayStation 5 to cost a lot more. Some even suggest it could be over £500, although we suspect the disc-based PlayStation 5 may fall around the £450 mark.

As you may know, Sony also announced a Digital only PS5 too and we suspect this is where you will see a similar price to the launch PS4, with a cost of £350 not seeming too far fetched.

Of course, it is all speculation for now, but once we have a concrete price we can update this page with the correct information.

Where Can I pre-order the PlayStation 5?

There are many places you can order the PS5, such as Amazon, Currys and ShopTo.

At the moment there is no current release date, but once again, we can update this information once we know more.

The short answer is yes.

You will be able to pre-order the PS5 HD Camera, the DualSense Controller, the Dualsense Charging Station, the PS5 Media Remote, and the Pulse 3D Headset.

Again you will be able to pre-order PS5 Accessories from Amazon, Currys and ShopTo.

What Games can we expect on PS5?

There are lots of game announced specifically for PS5.

Games include Spider-Man Miles Morales, Godfall, Bugsnax, Ratchet and Clank, Horizon Forbidden West, Deathloop, Ghost Wire: Tokyo as well as titles such as Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, FIFA 21, Dirt 5, Resident Evil Village and many more.

Then there is the fact PS5 is backwards compatible with PS4. So you can expect to play enhanced versions of all of your games.

Just think how good The Last of Us Part II and Ghost of Tsushima will look on this new, powerful console.
