Oddworld Inhabitants have released a gameplay teaser trailer for Oddworld: Soulstorm.

The trailer comes alongside a new preview from IGN, which suggests the action adventure game can be approached in a few different ways. According to preview, you can approach the game stealthily or aggressively. It also states the first playthrough should take 12 to 15 hours, although those who love to explore and collect everything there is to see could spend up to 100 hours in the game.

What’s more important to us though is how well it plays and IGN’s preview seems to be glowing with praise, stating “My first thought when getting a demo of Soulstorm from Lanning was how gorgeous it looks.”

The preview also states “both the gameplay and especially the cinematics look like those of a game with four times the budget.”

So far, so good then.
