Capcom has announced that the original Devil May Cry is coming to the Nintendo Switch this summer.

Devil May Cry is an action-adventure hack and slash, which was original created by Hideki Kamiya and released by Capcom in 2001 for the PlayStation 2.

Upon release the game was met with great critical reception, releasing on Metacritic to an average score of 94%.

The Switch release is a bit of a surprise announcement, but a welcome one all the same.
